If you are a provider, a business or an individual the best way for you to get help quickly is to call MASS 211 - free, confidential information and referral. MASS 211, which is available 24/7, is a United Way-funded service created specifically to help put people in touch with the help they need It links people in need with the most appropriate programs designed to meet that need. The program provides information about community services and health and human programs.

Annually, over 7,000 people contact us for help. This may be the individual in need, or work colleagues, neighbors or relatives of the person or family in need.

People call about an extremely wide variety of problems including housing, shelter, food, financial crisis, mental health counseling, health care, donations, support groups, etc.
